An estimated P204,000 worth of suspected shabu was recovered from a college student during a drug buy-bust operation on Tuesday night, July 11.

Silay City Police Station commander, Lt. Colonel Mark Anthony Darroca identified the suspect as 21-year-old Ramir Alimoot, a resident of the city’s Barangay Mambulac.

Thirty grams of suspected shabu were recovered from Alimoot. 

A P3,800 buy-bust money and drug paraphernalia were also confiscated from the suspect.

Alimoot was detained and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./MS, WDJ
