A tricycle driver was stabbed to death at Barangay Caradio-an’s Sitio Calasa in Negros Occidental’s Himamaylan City on Monday, July 10.

City police identified the victim as Raffy Rosa, a resident of the city’s Barangay San Antonio, who was allegedly mauled and stabbed by suspects 39-year-old Rico Patiño, alias “Dingdong Casisi” and alias “Kim Panique,” all residents of Binalbagan town. 

Witnesses said Rosa was driving his motorcycle when he was stopped and mauled.

Patiño allegedly stabbed the victim in his chest.

He was rushed to the Valeriano M. Gatuslao Memorial District Hospital but he was dead on arrival.

Police arrested Patiño while the other suspects are still at-large./WDJ
