A P170,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized from live-in partners in a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Alicante in Negros Occidental’s E.B. Magalona town on Monday night, July 10.

Arrested were 30-year-old John Herwin Castro, a street-level individual; and 29-year-old Princess Ditchella, residents of the said place.

E.B. Magalona police confiscated 10 sachets of suspected shabu, weighing 25 grams and worth P170,000.

They are facing charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
