Two street-level individuals are now at-large after they escaped from a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Mambulac in Negros Occidental’s Silay City on Tuesday afternoon, July 4.

Silay police chief, Lt. Colonel Mark Anthony Darroca, said those who evaded arrest were identified as 21-year-old Emedy Roullo alias “Babot,” and Ronesa Isidro, of legal age, both residents of the said place.
