A man was injured after he was shot at Barangay Guimbalaon in Negros Occidental’s Silay City on Monday night, July 3.

The victim was identified as 41-year-old Erving Biñas, a resident of Bacolod City’s Barangay Vista Alegre.

Two .45-caliber bullets were recovered from his stomach.

Biñas was immediately taken to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital, but was transferred to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital.

Police are still looking for the suspect./WDJ
