Police have seized more than P1 million worth of suspected shabu and arrested a suspected drug pusher during a buy-bust operation at Barangay Obogon in Negros Oriental’s Tanjay City.

A report from the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office yesterday identified the suspect as Andrew Jerusalem Sido, 30 years old, a resident of Barangay Obogon.

Sido, tagged as a high-value individual in the police’s list of drug personalities, was arrested on Wednesday, June 21, when he allegedly sold some 150 grams of suspected shabu to an undercover operative.

The value of the suspected shabu was placed at P1.020 million.

The suspect is now detained as a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act was filed against him at the Tanjay City Prosecutor’s office. (PNA)
