A police officer’s wife and her another man were arrested for alleged adultery during an entrapment operation inside an apartment in Bacolod City’s Barangay Singcang. 

Authorities withheld their identities.

Police Captain Melvin Mercado, Police Station 8 officer-in-charge, said the operation was held after the husband, a police corporal, asked them for assistance following his complaint. 

The entrapment was conducted at 9:30 p.m. on Monday, June 12.

Mercado said the complainant was following his wife before the operation was conducted.

The suspects are now in police custody after adultery charges were filed against them./MS, WDJ
