An estimated P81,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation at Bacolod City’s Barangay Taculing yesterday morning.

The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Remy Juelo of the city’s Barangay Mandalan, was considered a street-level individual by the police.

Fifteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing 12 grams and P150 buy-bust money were confiscated from the suspect.

The suspect was further subjected to “tactical interrogation” to find out where the illegal drugs came from.

He is facing charges of violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act./WDJ
