More than P280,000 worth of cash, items and accessories from a cellular phone store in Negros Occidental’s Cadiz City were lost in a robbery incident.

Local police records showed P123,935 in cash; 154 load cards worth P133,199; and P29,297 worth of accessories were discovered missing inside the store in Barangay Zone 3.

The name of the store is being withheld following a request from the authorities.

On Saturday morning, April 8, sales representative Andrew Villanueva noticed that the store’s roll-up door was forcibly opened by unknown suspects, area supervisor Rosefem Bacharo said.
