The Negros Occidental’s Isabela municipal government are preparing for hundreds of pilgrims expected to visit Glory Hill in the town during the observance of Holy Week.
In a social media post by the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Isabela, all visitors are required to fill-up an online form.
Once completed, they must then take a screenshot of the form and present it to the entrance officer of Glory Hill upon the day of their visitation.
The registration aims to control the number of people and the traffic in the area, the Facebook post said.
Glory Hill is located at Sitio Mantuhod in the town’s Barangay Mansablay.
The hill has a 45-foot cross along with 14 Stations of the Cross.
The site is popular for pilgrims, especially during Holy Thursday and Good Friday, with at least 3,000 people making the journey to the hill during Holy Week./DGB, WDJ
