A senior citizen was arrested after yielding P136,000 worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation on Ylagan-Endrina streets in the city’s Barangay 5 on Saturday afternoon, March 11.

Police identified the arrested as 61-year-old Rovener Nemenzo, a resident of the city’s Barangay 6.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency agents recovered four sachets of suspected shabu with a combined weight of 20 grams.

Nemenzo is detained at the San Carlos City Police Station and is facing charges related to the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./DGB, WDJ
