An employee of a telecommunications company was found dead inside a boarding house at Purok Kamunsil in Bacolod City’s Barangay 3 on Wednesday night, March 1.

Gionvanni Seligbon, 52 years old, a resident of Negros Occidental’s Sagay City, was already in an advanced state of decomposition.

Based on information from Police Station 2, they did not see any sign of foul play inside Seligbon’s room.

Police believe the victim died three to five days ago prior to the discovery.

His death may have been due to cardiac arrest, police said./DGB, WDJ
