A man was allegedly killed by his drinking buddies at Barangay Bulwangan in Negros Occidental’s Hinoba-an town on Wednesday night, February 22.
The victim was Cerilo Tarino, 51 years old, a resident of the said place.
Tarino was with suspects Eddie Garbellion, Nelson Garbellion and Jommel delos Santos, all residents of the town’s Barangay Asia.
Due to drunkenness, the four had a heated argument, according to the initial police investigation.
Delos Santos allegedly struck the victim’s head with a beer bottle.
When Tarino fell to the ground, Eddie allegedly stabbed the victim on his left shoulder.
The suspects remained at large./MS, WDJ
