Two policemen from Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office were recognized during the observance of the Philippine National Police’s Foundation Day at the Western Visayas Police Regional Office headquarters in Camp Martin Delgado in Iloilo City.

In a ceremony yesterday, Police Lt. Colonel Jesus Mesahon and Police Staff Sergeant John Michael Abao of the San Carlos City Police Station received the Medalya ng Kadakilaan in connection to an anti-illegal drug operation conducted on June 14, 2022, wherein they arrested Rex Baron, a high-value drug target.

The said operation also resulted in the confiscation of shabu worth P13.6 million./DGB, WDJ
