A man was found dead on the coastline at Barangay Bulanon’s Purok Ipil-ipil in Negros Occidental’s Sagay City on Sunday night, February 5.

According to Sagay City Police Station, the fatality was identified as Oliver Estera, 47 years old, a resident of Purok Tambis of the said barangay.

The victim was believed to be drowned, police said./WDJ
