Two men were arrested for suspected shabu in a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Orong in Negros Occidental’s Kabankalan City on Wednesday afternoon, February 1.

Nilo Carabuena, 37 years old, of Barangay Orong’s Sitio Mindangan, yielded seven sachets of suspected shabu as well as a caliber .45 pistol with ammunition.

Two plastic sachets of suspected shabu were seized from Ramenie Ecogo, 30 years old, of Purok Ulalod in the city’s Barangay Oringaos.

Both suspects are now in the custody of the city police station./MS, WDJ
