An Indian national was found at Estanzia Subdivision in Bacolod City’s Barangay Mandalagan on Sunday afternoon, January 29.

The 23-year-old male victim allegedly committed suicide.

A police investigation revealed that the victim’s cell phone had been left unattended, so his cousin checked his room and found the victim with a rolled blanket tied around his neck.

The Scene of the Crime Operatives is waiting for autopsy results, but estimates the body to have been dead for around three days./MS, WDJ
