ad by an unidentified gunman at Purok Kanangkaan in Dumaguete City’s Barangay Bajumpandan on Wednesday, January 25.

The fatality was identified as Jay-r Kadusale, 28 years old, a resident of the said place.

He sustained a gunshot wound on his head that caused his death, police said.

A 45-caliber firearm shell was recovered at the crime scene./WDJ
