Two high school students are in “hot water” after they allegedly slashed the throat of their fellow student inside a private high school in Bacolod City.
The local police chief confirmed the incident which happened last January 16.
In a radio interview, Social Development Center (SDC) head Jenesan Sun Lasarito said the two students are girls, aged 15 and 16, while the victim was a 16-year-old female grade 10 student.
Lasarito said the two students are currently under SDC’s custody and both regret what they allegedly did.
Meanwhile, the victim managed to survive the attack.
Both students will undergo psychological intervention, and will temporarily be placed in their custody, Lasarito said.
Watchmen Daily Journal tried to reach out to the private school, but they have yet to reply as of press time./DGB, WDJ
