A man was shot to death at Barangay Santa Teresa in Negros Occidental’s Manapla town.

Manapla police chief, Captain Jaynick Bermudez said the victim, identified as 52-year-old Joel Villarias, had a heated argument with his brother-in-law Artimio Seballos, 52, at around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21.

According to the victim’s family, the latter often runs amok when he gets drunk.

The suspect remained at-large./MS, WDJ
