A man was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay Singcang-Airport on Saturday, January 14.

Personnel from Bacolod City Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Celso Alvarez, Jr., 43 years old, a resident of the said place, after he yielded eight sachets of suspected shabu which were valued at P108,800.

Alvarez is detained at Police Station 8./WDJ
