An ex-convict was arrested in a buy-bust operation by the Bacolod City Drug Enforcement Unit at Purok 6 in Bacolod City’s Barangay Singcang-Airport on Thursday evening, January 12.

Arrested was Willyser Colanggo, 34 years old, a resident of the said place.

Authorities confiscated nine sachets of suspected shabu which were valued at P176,800.

Colanggo was detained at Police Station 8./WDJ
