The consultancy agreement of three executives of the Negros Occidental provincial government with Bacolod City will expire tomorrow, December 31.

Currently, the city government has four consultants from the Capitol — provincial administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, the consultant for Administrative Matters and Systems Review; Dr. Mary Ann Maestral, Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital Chief for Health and Hospital Concerns; Lucille Gelvolea, Provincial Investment Officer for Special Projects and Economic Affairs; and former PhilHealth in Western Visayas Vice President Valerie Anne Hollero for Health Insurance and Health Care.

According to Diaz, the city government doesn’t need his help anymore as all the systems are already in place for implementation./DGB, WDJ
