The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) now has a copy of the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage which could hasten the investigation over the murder of Northern Negros Electric Cooperative general manager Atty. Danny Pondevilla.
Based on the latest update to the case, BCPO Director Colonel Thomas Joseph Martir said they are currently unable to make the CCTV footage public as per the request of the owner of the establishment where the camera was installed.
Martir also convened the Special Investigation Task Group Pondevilla on Tuesday, December 27, to gather up all of the evidence and information they had received for the ongoing investigation.
Pondevilla was shot dead along Bacolod City’s 16th Lacson Street last December 21.
