A female dance instructor was wounded after she was stabbed inside a beach resort located at Barangay Enclaro in Negros Occidental’s Binalbagan town on Wednesday night, December 21.

Police identified the victim as 26-year-old Aiza Relyes, a resident of Sitio Cavite in the said village.

According to the town police, the suspect invited Relyes for a drink.

However, Relyes refused the invitation.

The suspect stabbed Relyes in the chest with a bladed weapon.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.

Police are still looking for the suspect, and could face the charge of frustrated homicide over the incident./DGB, WDJ
