Three brothers were arrested following a buy-bust operation at Barangay Guinhalaran’s Buenavista Phase 2 in Negros Occidental’s Silay City on Tuesday afternoon, December 13.

Police identified the Catanghal brothers — 56-year-old Angelito, 41-year-old Jerry, and 58-year-old Edsel — all residents of the said place, after they sold sachets of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.

Also recovered from them were drug paraphernalia and buy-bust money.

They are currently detained at the police station./DGB, WDJ
