A driver was injured after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle in Doña Juliana Subdivision in Bacolod City on Saturday night, December 10.

Jason Valdez, 27 years old, a resident of the city’s Barangay Granada, was injured after his motorcycle collided into a sedan-type car driven by Nathaniel Tesipao, 23 years old, of Barangay Caliban in Negros Occidental’s Murcia town.

Lt. Dax Santillan, Police Station 6 commander, said Valdez tried to overtake a motorcycle and did not notice Tesipao’s upcoming sedan, which caused the collision.

Valdez suffered minor injuries to his leg.

Tesipao is currently under custody./DGB, WDJ
