Student nabbed for selling ‘marijuana’

A high school student was arrested after he allegedly sold suspected marijuana at Purok San Luis in Bacolod City’s Barangay Sum-ag.

Police arrested 19-year-old Jeremy Lumanog, a resident of Barangay Tabunan’s Purok Proper in Negros Occidental’s Bago City.

Police station commander, Lt. Rondyl Tapang said they had been receiving information that Lumanog was allegedly selling suspected marijuana to his fellow students.

On Tuesday night, December 6, police recovered a total of 15.50 grams of suspected marijuana worth P2,000.

Lumanog is facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./DGB, WDJ
