An estimated P102,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized following a buy-bust operation at Barangay 6A’s Sitio Pasil in Negros Occidental’s Victorias City, late Wednesday night, November 30.

Arrested was 37-year-old Lemuel Pascual, a resident of the said place.

According to police, Pascual was arrested after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer in exchange for P500.

The search yielded 11 more sachets of suspected shabu, a mobile phone, drug paraphernalia, a black pouch, suspected drug proceeds amounting to P1,150, and the P500 marked money used by the police.

The estimated weight of the seized illicit substance was 15 grams.

Pascual is currently detained at the police station on drug-related charges./DGB, WDJ
