A 31-year-old man was shot by riding-in-tandem gunmen at Purok Kingfisher in Bacolod City’s Barangay 16, yesterday afternoon.

Police identified the fatality as Mark Christian John “Badjao” Luceño, a resident of Purok Malipayon in the city’s Barangay 35.

Based on the witness’ accounts, the victim was sitting in his pedicab when two suspects riding on a motorcycle approached and shot him.

Luceño was dead on-the-spot after sustaining a gunshot wound to his head, as the suspects immediately sped away.

Police are still investigating the motive behind the shooting./DGB, WDJ
