Megaworld Corporation, the country’s largest developer of integrated urban townships, gave a sneak peek of its 328-unit One Regis condominium tower which is set to be turned over to their owners by September of this year.
Harold Geronimo, Megaworld vice president and head of public relations and media affairs, said the condominium tower will be ready for occupancy in time for the MassKara Festival.
The building is 12-storeys tall with 11 residential levels.
It also has two parking areas located at the ground floor as well as the basement.
A tour was given to select members of the media and bloggers in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental last Friday and Megaworld boasted some its top of the line amenities such as a pool deck area, a conference room, day care area, a game room, and events hall.
The tower also features a gym and a zumba area, as well as a toddlers’ play area, and walkway landscape.
According to property details, the condominium tower occupies 2,289.00 square meters of land area with the unit price of P204,000 per square meter.
The price increased by 102 percent as the units purchased in July 2018 was pegged at P101,000 per square meter.
As for the unit types, One Regis has 170 Studio units, 20 Executive Studio, 15 Studio with Lanai, 108 1-bedroom, six one 1-bedroom with Lanai, and nine 2-bedroom units.
The building also offers state-of-the-art services and equipment such as an automatic heat/smoke detection and fire sprinkler system for all units; overhead tank and underground cistern for ample water supply; standby power generator for selected common areas; and three passenger elevators.
One Regis also has an Entrance lobby with reception counter and lounge area, as well as 24-hour security monitoring.
One Regis is located at Megaworld’s 34-hectare “The Upper East” township project.
