A man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found dead along the national highway of Barangay Aguisan in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental early yesterday morning.

Police have yet to identify the victim, whom they described as dark in complexion, around 5’6″ in height and wearing a blue t-shirt and maong pants.

Police also found a placard near the victim’s remains with the words:
“Kap Macoy nasa iyo pala si Bebot Murillo at si Boy Tapang…See you next time…By: JJ.”
Based on initial investigation on the victim’s remains, he sustained a gunshot wound on the head.

Police also recovered two empty .45 caliber shells and an empty 5.56 caliber shell.
