Said vaccination is open to individuals  of all priority groups who have already been fully vaccinated for three months.

Requirements to avail the booster shot include the vaccination card and  screening of recipient’s health history and condition to assure that the individual is fit to get the booster shot.

Hermie Suarez, 71 years old, of the city’s Barangay 2, said besides the mandate of the state to get inoculated, he chose to be vaccinated to protect himself and his family from the threat of the virus.

He added that everybody should avail of the free vaccination program because the government only wants the safety of its citizens.

Meanwhile, the city government still caters vaccination for first and second doses of all priority groups using the allocated Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Moderna brands./WDJ
