The Land Tax Division (LTD) of the Bacolod City Treasurer’s Office (CTO), headed by Acting City Treasurer Arlene Memoria, is strongly encouraging taxpayers to settle their real property tax (RPT) early.
Memoria said that the clients should pay as early as possible for the remaining period and not wait for the last day to be properly accommodated.
The CTO-LTD started accepting advanced RPT payments on December 1 and will run until December 31.
Payments can be made at the 3rd floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except Sundays, Memoria added.
Taxpayers are requested to bring their previous official receipts or tax declaration for accurate identification of their properties, the acting city treasurer said.
