A 63-year-old widow survived a stabbing incident inside her house over the weekend in Negros Occidental’s Manapla town.

Manapla police said Elizabeth Maniapao of Hacienda Sangay in the town’s Barangay Purisima sustained a stab wound on her chest. She was recuperating at the town’s Dr. Ramon B. Gustilo Hospital.

Police, meanwhile identified the suspect as 24-year-old Joselito Luciendo alias Dodoy.

The suspect remains at large as of this writing./WDJ
