A man fishing at Malogo River in Barangay Pasil, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental was killed by lightning around 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 7.

EB Magalona police identified the victim as 38-year-old Benjie Pulitod, a resident of the said barangay.

Pulitod sustained head injuries and died on the spot, police added./WDJ
