A 19-year-old lass was found hanging inside their house at Purok Pinya, Sitio Tau-ngan in Barangay Montilla, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental around 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Sipalay City police said Dona Casipong used a bag’s sling strap around her neck.

Police added that the victim was suffering from mental depression due to broken family.

The teenager was rushed to the Sipalay City Infirmary where she was declared dead-on-arrival by the attending physician./WDJ
