Toboso Mayor Richard Jaojoco yesterday denied rumors that he is running against incumbent Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer in the 2022 elections.

During a phone patch interview, Jaojoco said he is 100 percent sure that he will not run against Ferrer whom he regards as his “big brother.”

He said he is eyeing a Sangguniang Bayan seat of the town.

Jaojoco also pledged support for the re-election bid of Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson and Ferrer.

“That is part of the agreement of Love Negros and UNegA,” he said./DGB, WDJ
