Police arrested Cadiz City’s sixth most wanted person at Cadiz Heights, Barangay Tinampa-an in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental last Monday.

Richard Garcia, 26, a resident of Hacienda Purok Sool in the city’s Barangay Daga, was accused of murder.

Cadiz City police caught him through the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Gwendolyn I. Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court – Branch 60 in Cadiz City dated January 9, 2019.

According to report, the suspect was involved in a July 2018 stabbing incident victimizing an 18-year-old man.

The suspect was detained at the Cadiz City Police Station.

No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./WDJ
