La Carlota City’s No. 9 most wanted person facing qualified theft charges was arrested in the city’s Barangay Cubay last Monday.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Jonel Guadalupe, chief of the La Carlota City Police Station, identified the suspect as 28-year-old Faith Fernando Tesoro of Masville Subdivision, Barangay Cubay.

She was arrested on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Mila Camiso-Yap of the Regional Trial Court – Branch 63 in La Carlota City dated August 14, 2017.

Tesoro was detained at the La Carlota City Police Station. The court recommended no bail bond for her temporary liberty./WDJ
