A man facing statutory rape charges was arrested in Barangay Cudionan, San Dionisio, Iloilo around 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Authorities identified the suspect as 37-year-old Ruby Jun Molino, a resident of the village.

Officers of the San Dionisio Police Station served the warrant issued by Judge Jose Mauricio E. Gomez dated June 3, 2020.

Police reports showed that the suspect sexually abused a 7-year old child sometime in 2017.

Molino was detained at the San Dionisio Police Station.

The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./WDJ
