A 27-year-old man facing rape charges was arrested 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, in Barangay Sto. Tomas, Passi City in Iloilo province.

Officers of the Passi City Police Station arrested Jimmy Fuentebella, a resident of the city’s Barangay Bita-ogan, through the strength of an arrest warrant.

Fuentebella, who had been hiding from the police for three years, was detained at the Passi City Police Station with no bail recommended./WDJ
