Four persons were arrested on Wednesday night after police caught them playing “pusoy” in Bacolod City’s Barangay Mandalagan.

Police Station 3 identified the arrested as 26-year-old Marvin Santillan, 23-year-old Mark Arneil Arñerdez, 45-year-old Mattheo Timtim, and 48-year-old Bengie Tusalem, residents of the said place.

Police recovered bet money amounting to P192 and a set of playing cards.

The four were detained at the Police Station 3, facing charges in violation of RA 9287, an amendment to Presidential Decree 1602, which implemented penalties on illegal gambling./WDJ
