A 40-year-old man believed to have drowned was found dead in Sipalay City River in the city’s Barangay 3 around 4:25 p.m. on Sunday, November 15.

Police identified the victim as Saturnino Tihuk, a resident of the city’s Barangay Nauhang.

The victim was last seen alive on Saturday, November 14, at around 5:30 p.m. at the house of Edgar Flores where he was drinking with his friends, Sipalay City police said.

The victim’s remains were brought to the Sipalay City Infirmary for post mortem examination./WDJ
