Silay City police arrested a woman in a buy-bust operation at Sitio Guaan in the city’s Barangay Balaring on Friday, November 13.

Silay City police chief, Police Major Rollie Pondevilla, said the suspect, 33-year-old Geralyn Aguas, is a “street-level” drug target.

Police confiscated 11 heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P20,400.

The suspect was detained at the Silay City Police Station and charged with violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
