Nine sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from a construction worker in a buy-bust operation on Sunday afternoon at Purok Lagang in Talisay City’s Barangay Zone.

Police arrested Anglo Martinez alias “Tata Bulaho,” a resident of the said place.

Talisay City police confiscated suspected shabu weighing around 3.5 grams valued at P23,800; P500 buy-bust money; and P1,470 cash.

The suspect was detained at the Talisay City Police Station and charged with violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
