A resident of Barangay 2 tagged as a “high-value” drug target was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Banago, Bacolod City last November 5.

Police Station 3 records showed that suspect John Mark Equibal, 22, allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer.

Confiscated from his possession were six sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P68,000.

The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 3, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
