Two men were arrested following a buy-bust operation around 5:42 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, at Cabahug Street in Cadiz City’s Barangay Zone 2.

Police identified the suspects as 38-year-old Pepito Prizaldo alias “Eting” of East Proper in Barangay Zone 1 and 34-year-old Joel Diez of Purok Mainuswagon, Barangay Zone 2

Personnel of Cadiz City Police Station confiscated six sachets of suspected shabu, including a buy-bust item, valued at P6,000 and P500 buy-bust money.

The suspects were detained at the Cadiz City Police Station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
