Three heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu weighing 3.61 grams valued at P24,548 were seized following a buy-bust operation around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, at Zone 7 in the  Barangay Bacuyangan, Hinobaan town.

Hinobaan police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Rodolfo Canillo, Jr. of Sitio Bato, located in the town’s Barangay Talacagay.

Police also confiscated P1, 000 in buy-bust money and a motorcycle.

The suspect was detained at the Hinobaan Police Station on charges in violation of Sections 5 and Section 11 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
