A 68-year-old woman was found dead inside her house at Sitio Tambulogan, located in the city’s Barangay Orong on September 18.

Authorities said the fatality, Margarita Emperado, was discovered by her neighbor inside a sack. She sustained stab wounds on her neck, left chest and lower stomach.

Police eyed robbery as possible motive behind the incident.

The victim lives alone in her house and has a small store in the place.

The Kabankalan City Police Station continues to investigate the incident./WDJ
